Last Thursday, the CCSD honored the legacy & memory of a beloved former teacher, Mr. Michael Frederic Power by officially dedicating the JROTC program in his name as “The Chambers County School District JROTC Power Program.” Power had served VHS as both a teacher & coach.

Huguley is excited to have our Veterans Day Celebration November 8th at 1:00 PM.
We look forward to honoring and paying our respect to those who have served our country.

Today, the CCSD received rug donations from Carpets for Kids from West Point. The 65 donated carpets are designed to enhance learning for young children. Rugs were delivered to schools at Eastside, Fairfax, Huguley, and Shawmut with the donation exceeding $20,000.00 in value.

Time flies when you are having fun. Check out our menu and calendar of events for November.

Parents and guardians,
